I am a clinical psychologist licensed in the state of California. I provide culturally-sensitive and evidence-based therapy for adults 18 and older. My specialty areas include relationship challenges, identity development and esteem, sleep issues, and anxiety, mood, and trauma-related disorders.
I received my doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium and completed my internship at San Quentin State Prison where I worked with incarcerated individuals serving lengthy or life sentences. I have also worked with young adults at Menlo College and immigrants and refugees at AACI.
Through these experiences, I have cultivated an empathic, client-centered approach where I meet each of my clients where they are at. Based on each individual's identity, background, and needs, I take a collaborative, "tough love" approach to support each client in their journey to create meaningful change and become the best version of themselves.
